Do you have a Social Dance Event at school or Function coming up? Come learn to “sokkie”/ social dance or learn ballroom basics like the Waltz and Two Step for those who want to look like a pro.

Body Conditioning is a series of exercises to tone, strengthen and lengthen the muscles and gain flexibility. 

The syllabi have been choreographed and developed by a team of qualified and registered Ballet, Modern and Hip Hop examiners. The team members have years of teaching, examining and dance experience, both locally and internationally.

The RAD is one of the world’s most influential dance education organisations. Their exams set standards in classical ballet worldwide and are a global leader in dance education and Continuing Professional Development for dance.
