Started as “Quality and Food Safety Consultants”, the company was established in the year 2009 to bridge the knowledge gap in the industry about Food Safety Management Systems.
This was at a time when FSSAI regulations were still not published, and the concept of HACCP and standards like ISO22000 were recognized only by the export houses.
The idea germinated in 2008 when our Founder ; Ms. Sarika Agarwal ; worked with a leading certification company, conducting audits for Food Safety Management Systems. During the audits, she realized that the implementation of management system was at best mediocre .
We conduct ISO22000 and FSSC22000 awareness as well as internal auditor courses which can be either done online or as a class room. These can be done as a 1 day basic course or a 2 day workshop with real life examples.
HACCP is the backbone of all food safety management system. Hence it is critical that everyone understand the principles and methodology of HACCP.
Food Safety may be a quality function but it is really a cross-organization deliverable. We work with all the stakeholders to make them understand the bigger picture.
