Outsourced Learner Management (Pty) Ltd (OLM) aim to be the preferred service provider for accredited forensic training, tutoring and related learner record management by providing a professional training service which include but are not limited to the research and design of forensic training material, deliver of education using Distance Learning, E-Learning and Class Based (face-to-face) Learning, management of learner records, and the provision of effective tutor support to enrolled learners in a variety of Forensic disciplines throughout Southern Africa.

The "Forensics4Africa" brand under the licence of Outsourced Learner Management (Pty) Ltd, enjoyed registration and accreditation as a service provider with the Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (SASSETA) – ID 081985269877 since 2008, which is currently valid until 30 June 2023. 

Outsourced Learner Management (Pty) Ltd is accredited as a Skills Development Provider at the Quality Council For Trades & Occupations (QCTO) – QCTOSDP01190829-1792 for the Occupational Certificate: Fraud Examiner since 17 December 2019, which is currently valid until 17 December 2024.
