This course aims to introduce PRINCE2® project management methodology through a series of practical activities and also prepare candidates for the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Examination.

Agile management or agile project management is an interactive method for defining requisites and creating the corresponding output for projects, typically in the fields of engineering or information technology, which are characterised by a strong need for interaction and flexibility.

This two day course aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform essential project planning tasks in Microsoft Project. Participants will learn how to plan a project, assign resources, track progress, manage budgets and analyse workload for projects.

Learn the basics of project scheduling using network-based scheduling methodologies and learn fundamental legal, contractual, and managerial aspects related to project scheduling.

This two (2) day course aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform advanced tasks in Microsoft Project.
