Classes consist of individual and partner exercises that will gently develop your strength, suppleness and gracefulness while at the same time, focusing your mind, making you more calm and present.
The exercises grow in detail only as the individuals grow in skill. Tai Chi is an art form that uses martial techniques as a foundation for learning about our bodies and our minds, as well as everything around us.
Tai Chi is an excellent discipline to use as a ‘body maintenance plan’ as the fluid, low impact exercises promote mobility, suppleness and muscle tone across the whole body.
