Introducing Our Professional Body
- The Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) is Malaysia's first professional Human Resource Management organisation, founded in 1976. As the leading authority on the subject, we have taught over 30,000 HR professionals in both the public and private sectors
- We provide a wide range of training courses and activities. We certify Malaysian human resource professionals and we are affiliated with international organisations such as the World Federation of People Management Association (WFPMA) and the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (AFPHRM).
- MIHRM also work with a number of government agencies such as the Skills Development Department, Ministry of Human Resource, member of the Malaysian Professional Centre (BIM) and Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp).
- In addition, MIHRM also collaborate with established universities and colleges like Nilai University, Institute of Leadership and Development (ILD) Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and Putra Business School (PBS).
