Metropolitan Studios is more than a dance studio. We are an arts and movement community open to creators who seek a place to make, congregate, collaborate, and entertain. We offer classes, workshops, and intimate events.
This yoga class practices a deep and abiding acceptance of your body, mind, and spirit. You will utilize alignment-based, all levels yoga, combined with positive affirmations and respect to your anatomy to pull yourself into a stronger, more sensual sense of self.
This stretch and conditioning class begins with a 15-minute warm-up followed by 30 minutes of core work, strengthening exercises, stretches, and body resistance training. Class closes with a 10-minute cooldown followed by a 5-minute meditation.
