Roni-Sue’s celebrates the vivacity of high quality ingredients. From the bounty at the local NYC Greenmarkets to our partnership with MOHO Chocolate Company in Belize. Each treat that comes out of our kitchen is hand crafted to perfection so the fullest expression of flavor shines though.

Confections so delicious you can’t help it if your eyes go wide and you break into a cheesy smile and whisper a blissful, “Ohhh!”

Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of her mother, Rhonda Kave (left) opened Roni-Sue’s in 2007, claiming her namesake sign from the clothing store her mother owned to carry on the legacy in a new way.Sharon Hoahing (right) is the general manager. Together this two-woman team makes, bakes, and operates Roni-Sue’s Chocolates.

Roni-Sue is a co-founder in Belize based MOHO Chocolate Company where chocolate is made by local artisans using organic Mayan cacao. At Roni-Sue’s we use these same organic cacao nibs from Belize to make our house made dark chocolate. (Shhhh, it’s the secret to our critically acclaimed hot chocolate) as well as the delicious, fruity base for many of our rich dark chocolate ganache truffles.
