Saddleworth Cookery School is the perfect environment for people of all ages to develop their passion for food. Whether you’re a complete beginner or wanting to take your skills to the next level, we have classes for you.
A fun-packed 2 hour session developing confidence and independence in cooking.
Up to 2 hours of cooking followed by time to eat the food made and celebrate at our big table. Please contact us to discuss your menu.
Getting to grips with the basics or improving your culinary skills, our Adult Cookery Club will introduce you to different dishes and improve your confidence
We start the day with a bit of a challenge - rough puff pastry. This will be used to make cheese straws, for a snack . We will then ' use puff pastry for our Diggle pasties, to be taken home and shared (some of these can be eaten for lunch).
Join us to make, bake and assemble your own family gingerbread house. Two fun and challenging workshops to create your own masterpiece.
