Sarah ShimmenWellbeing Workplace Consultant

Based in Edinburgh, I am a qualified, successful facilitator of learning and development with over twenty years' experience of designing and delivering high quality and interactive wellbeing courses. Successfully working with CEO's, Directors and HR Business Partners and inclusively with all employees at all levels within an organisation.

With a strength-based approach providing the skills, knowledge and tools for employers and employees to help destigmatise mental wellbeing and increase emotional literacy in the workplace.

My mission is to drive forward the wellbeing agenda for organisations to create caring and mentally healthy workplace culture. Providing effective training and education, with a personal consultancy style approach, working with you to gain an insight and understanding of what your business is about and how we can work together towards creating a psychologically safe workplace.


A qualified Scottish Mental Health First Aid Instructor, First Aid for Mental Health Instructor, Level 3 Award in Education & Training and imminently a Diploma and Consultant in Stress Management.
