Forklift course training is offered by TrainEx for all skill level. Forklift course aim to Produce operators who can operate forklifts in a safe, efficient and legal manner.

Our one-day course is designed for trainees who have had some prior experience in operating forklifts. If a trainee is an absolute novice and has never operated a forklift then a longer course would likely be necessary. (Additional training may incur additional costs).

We offer a unique approach to forklift operator training. Our training is compliant with Health and Safety, Worksafe, NZQA, Mito and Competenz. We exceed the training requirements by sharing our years of experience in, on and under forklifts.

All courses will provide as much practical training as we can squeeze in to make sure you or your staff get the best real time training possible. Gives you both the operator cert (OSH) and the optional F endorsement allowing you to drive on a legal road.

The courses cover the operator’s health and safety responsibilities in the workplace as required by the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, as well as the requirements found in the Approved Code of Practice training Operator’s and Instructors of Powered Industrial Lift Trucks (Forklifts).

Having operators formally trained means the Employer complies with WorkSafe NZ Health and Safety (OSH) requirements for the workplace and NZ Transport Agency requirements. The course consists of theory and practical assessments for a Forklift.

Our courses are developed to meet specific client needs where you will be professionally trained by experienced trainers. This Forklift Skills & Awareness course includes both theory and practical sessions and uses a competency-based method.
