This class will springboard off our basic culinary camp and explore advanced techniques and skills. Learn traditional French methods and modern culinary practices. Savory and sweet dishes will be elevated to new levels in this creative and fun culinary class.

A French Escapade is offered by Valerie"s French kitchen. In this 2-hour class, we will cook together an entrée, a side dish, and your choice of an appetizer or a dessert.
