Chicken Murtabak -minced chicken cooked with spices, egg and potatoes, then wrapped in a pastry and lightly fried until golden brown and crisply.
Beef Rendang Tok Perak - a rich and aromatic beef dry curry cooked with Malaysian herbs and spices. You will learn to prepare the kerisik (toasted coconut) which is a key ingredient for authentic beef rendang.
Steamed Sea Bass With Lemongrass & Ginger - a light and flavoursome dish of steamed sea bass fillet served with a sauce made of ginger, lemongrass, oyster sauce and lime juice. You will learn to present this restaurant style.
Vegetable & Lentil Dhal Curry Norman will demonstrate this rich lentil dhal curry with aubergine, carrot, fine beans, potato and green chilli.
Coconut Rice - Norman will demonstrate how to prepare a fluffy coconut rice cooked with herbs and spices. This is a perfect dish to serve with Beef Rendang
