Using simple and accessible ingredients, we will show you how to impress your dinner guests with traditional Spanish dishes incorporating inventive, modern twists.
After your cooking session, you'll be able to sit down and enjoy the Spanish Feast you've created with your fellow classmates, over a glass of wine or cordial.

Cooking with your classmates is an integral part of your Leiths experience. You will cook some of your recipes in pairs, and some independently – whatever the ratio, there is always more than enough food, and often food to take home too.
Your evening will comprise of a mixture of hands-on cookery and demonstrations performed by the chef who is running the session. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and, in the case of visiting chefs, their individual teaching style.

In this Spanish cookery class our chef will teach you all the techniques you’ll need in order to create classic Spanish dishes. Our chef will show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook and serve Tapas.
We will learn how to make several small Spanish tapas dishes in the 2 1/2 hours of this class.
Full of bustle and vibrant flavour, the tapas lanes of Spain are always a pleasure to enjoy. This course will include a wonderful array of all of the ingredient-led dishes that you can expect from Spanish tapas, including classics both old and new.
