In the Motherdough U pasta course we will make an egg pasta, and a sourdough pasta dough using Motherdough discard. We will use these doughs to produce tagliatelle, pappardelle, and stuffed cappelletti.
Discover the two Thursday evening cookery courses on offer twice a month with Charlotte and Claire. Nothing beats the taste of freshly made pasta so come discover the art of fresh pasta making in this ‘Pasta e Basta’ class, held on the first Thursday of every month.
Pasta is an all time favourite. In this cooking workshop we teach you how to make 3 basic pasta shapes from scratch, how to cook the perfect pasta, as well as a variety of quick and easy sauces.
