Chefs like Ming Tsai, David Chang, and Wiley Duphrane have been cooking outside the box for years to create new and exciting combinations. Living in Northern California gives us access to local ingredients from a large host of cultures. In this course, we will learn to have fun with the rules and blend Chinese, Japanese, Italian, French, American, Thai, and Mexican favorites with each other.
