You Will Learn To Prepare And Cook Each Dish From Scratch At Your Own Individual Work Station By Following Me With Step By Step Instruction. At The End Of The Class Enjoy Your Own Cooked 3 Course Meal Together With The Other Students Or Alternatively Take Your Meal Home With You To Share With Family And Friends.

Hi I'm Tina. I come from the island of Java in Indonesia from a town called Sumedang nestled in the lush rice paddies. I have grown up around food. From as far back as I can remember.
I used to help my mum prepare and sell her delicious home made cooking to the surrounding villages. Since moving to the UK over 10 years ago, I have learnt to experiment with ingredients and spices that I have grown up with.
To liven up and give a twist to everyday meals. So if you are passionate about SE Asian food but don't have the confidence to cook, come and learn with me and I'll have you cooking like a native in no time !
Delicacy Baingan Bharta (Smoked Aubergine) class is offered by Namaste Cookery School for all ages. The cookery class takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month and conducted by our Chef Dalsukh Jetani.
The Veggie Kitchen Beginners course is a Group based 8 week Vegetarian Cookery course. One class per week is run on the same day of the week the course starts on.
