After you enjoy your starter in our restaurant area, you will then prepare ‘Börek’. Rolls of coiled filo pastry filled with creamy spinach and sun-blushed tomatoes, baked until crisp and served with a simple, yet delicious, green salad and a plant-based dressing.
To finish, our chef shall demo and serve a wonderfully moreish Vegan Chocolate Cake.

This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session.

On this vegetarian cookery course, you will learn how to use a range of skills and techniques to fully embrace all kinds of vegetables in your cooking.
Vegetarian & Vegan classes course is offered by Blackfriars Restaurant Shool.
At the end of the course you will receive the Vegetarian Society Cookery School Foundation Certificate in Vegetarian & Vegan Cookery. This course also includes CIEH accredited Level 2 Food Hygiene (online study).
