In this beginners biscuit decorating class, you’ll learn everything you need to know from the icing consistency to how to bake the perfect biscuit base to decorating them like a pro.
Level 2: Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Patisserie) offered by Ke Tala Chefs Academy
This class gives you the basic skills of making sweet and savoury pastries and lots of brilliant professional tips (secrets!) and ideas to take home with you.
This training will teach you about making a painted drip cake with candy brush strokes and bark designs.
This Course covers the fundamentals of making both traditional and contemporary Wedding Cakes. The Course is facilitated by the well-established Kate de Waal from Sugar ‘n Ice – Handmade Cakes of Distinction.
