We don’t know about you, but when we think about Spain, there’s one dish that jumps to mind: paella! In this class Laura Pyles will lead a discussion of the Spanish pantry, and teach you how to cook contemporary versions of their most famous dish.
Join Chef Drew Flanders in this hand-on class and you’ll learn about the spices, flavors, and techniques that go into mastering this classic Spanish dish and the sides and sauces to accompany your paella centerpiece.
