In operation since 1965, the École hôtelière de la Capitale (ÉHC) is a vocational training center offering 9 programs in the food and tourism sector.
Each year, we welcome around 750 students. Whether you go to the supermarket, the butcher, the pastry shop, a delicatessen, a caterer, a restaurant or even a travel agency, you will undoubtedly meet a graduate of the École hôtelière de la Capitale.
Located in lower Quebec City, a stone's throw from the tourist heart of Quebec City, the ÉHC is part of the Commission scolaire de la Capitale.
Goal: Measure the impact of different coffee terroirs on in-cup flavor
Learn how to construct a menu of coffee-based beverages, and practice advising customers on matters relating to coffee service.

It's an opportunity to taste & compare brewed coffee.? Not only will you get to sample all of the coffee, but our expert baristas will be there providing insightful conversation about the roasting process, origin, and tips on how to pinpoint tasting notes.
This class will go over the science of brewing the perfect cup of coffee and explain the process of roasting, grinding, brewing and tasting.
