Taste and see the difference between these brewers and how they change your cup of coffee and find which one suits your tastes.
As well as all the basics of brewing and how you can use them to the fullest. How your coffee is affected and changed by all the steps of brewing. What over and under extraction is and how to brew a balanced cup to get the best possible cup of coffee for you.

With your own equipment, you will be supported in maximizing each tool in order to create the optimal conditions to obtain a well-balanced espresso and above all to your taste.
Learning to roast coffee successfully requires mentorship over a period of time, varying from a few months to a few years with lots of trials and errors.
This 4 hour class is split into 3 sections; roasting theory, roasting practice, and orientation through the packing station and coffee lab.
Coffee is more than just a beverage, it is often the last touch during a good meal shared with friends, the moment of relaxation in a morning that can be hectic, the break we expect in a day, in short a moment appreciated.
Students are tested in skills in understanding, designing and executing different roast profiles as well a sensory recognition of different roast defects.
