Throughout this one-day course, we will show you good barista practices from the very beginning, including how to properly set up the machine and grinder, how to pull a fantastic shot of espresso, how to get that silky milk texture, some basic health and safety procedures and machine maintenance, and so much more!
The Barista Skills Foundation course can be taken with or without SCA accreditation and is the first step in the SCA-accredited Barista Skills module. This course can be used towards the SCA Diploma.
