Our Advanced class is a direct continuation from Barista Foundations and will help you hone your new skills and knowledge for the real world workplace.
In this class you will learn how to:
Our dedicated training centre is fitted out with commercial coffee machines and grinders. We keep our classes small with a maximum of five students per class.
Each student has their own workstation and equipment to practice on throughout the session with unlimited coffee and milk to make as many drinks as time permits.
Our trainers are qualified workplace trainers and assessors and experienced cafe managers and baristas.
Dispel the myths and learn coffee making skills for working in cafes, bars and restaurants. It is important to note that SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety is a prerequisite for this program and you will need to provide evidence of this prior to commencing this training.
