Dance Glasgow opened it's doors in 2010, occupying just the top floor of our Ruthven Lane studio, with the intention of bringing accessible dance to adults who thought it was too late to learn and for those who were looking to return after dancing in their childhoods.
In 2012 we extended into the downstairs floor, adding another studio and in 2015 we opened our second venue in the centre of Glasgow - Studio 22.
We now run classes for all levels, Absolute Beginners to Advanced across both of our studios and continue to enjoy bringing Dance to all.
Our highly trained and certified instructors have a wealth of experience in teaching and performing various styles and disciplines.
We have a passion for the art of dance and for helping others discover their inner dancer. We always aim to provide a friendly atmosphere and welcome anyone who wants to join us.
This class includes follow-along dance routines to your favourite music. Burn those calories and keep fit whilst having fun.
Adult Cardio Latin classes are offered by Dudman Academy of Performing Arts & Fitness. All of our classes are held in our very own fully equipped dance studios, complete with a sprung floor, ballet barres, and mirrors. We encourage all of our students to be creative, and individual, whilst working
Flex & Stretch classes are offered by KS Dance Academy. We offer many wonderful experiences for our students including the opportunity to participate in exams, shows, galas and fairs, festivals and competitions.
This class is ideal for first timers & building up confidence & pick up skills, those returning to dance after a break, for fitness & fun with good music vibes.
Get ready to dance away those lockdown love-handles! DanceFit is everything you need to get moving again. Packed with dance floor fillers to get those endorphines rushing, this class also includes strengthening and toning exercises in an easy-to-follow format.
