Certificates of completion will be issued to those who complete all 8 lessons. A maximum of 8 students can be accommodated at one time so booking is essential.
Students must supply their own apron, face mask and container to take home what you bake in the lesson. Sanitizers will be supplied by the school. All ingredients and tools supplied by the school.
Lesson 1 - Banana loaf and donut.
Lesson 2 - Apple tart and ginger biscuit.
Lesson 3 - Assorted muffins (Apple crumble, blueberry, carrot, vanilla & choc chip) and savory tart.
Lesson 4 - Chocolate, vanilla or Marble sponge cake.
Lesson 5 - Milk tart and crunchies.
Lesson 6 - Cheese puffs and butter biscuit.
Lesson 7 - Queens cakes and jam slices.
Lesson 8 - Sausage rolls and scones.
The above mentioned courses are all hands-on courses. Students take home whatever they bake or cook. Courses run over an 8-week period every Thursday.
