In this Best of British: Beef Wellington Class, we are here to teach you to make the most Briti-ful Beef Wellington!
Love a good Beef Wellington but keep getting soggy pastry or don’t know how to perfect the cooking time in order to get that perfect pink? Well look no further as in this Best of British: Beef Wellington Class, we will have you preparing and creating the best Beef Wellington you’ve ever damn tasted! Accompanied by some gorgeous Rustic Potatoes and the all-important Tenderstem Broccoli …oh and don’t forget the delectable pudding that is Banana Crumble and Custard… after all it wouldn’t be Best of British without it!
After being welcomed with a glass of wine, you will take a seat so our experienced chef can give you a full demonstration on all elements of the menu. You will then get hands-on and get cooking while sipping on the free-flowing wine. Don’t fear, our chefs are full to the brim with tips and tricks and there to help throughout the class to answer any questions.
Once you have cooked up a British storm, you will fill up your glasses and take a seat to enjoy the fruits of your labor amongst great company and plenty more wine.

Since the launch of My Little Chef at Home, children as young as 5 years old are learning invaluable life skills around numeracy, literacy and dexterity while they read recipes, measure ingredients, bake and prepare healthy & nutritious meals.
Chop, Cook, Chat teaches basic cooking skills to men aged 50+ who have had a change in circumstance such as a bereavement or becoming a carer.
Join us at Waterman House Cookery School to prepare a selection of One Pot Wonders.
With wonderfully fresh ingredients sourced fresh from our trusted supplier, you’ll fillet a flat fish and create tasty dishes, gaining unforgettable skills that you can use time and time again in your own kitchen.
Eating seasonally means buying, cooking and eating produce when they are at their best. I will show you how to begin this journey with a few essentials to get you started.
