Birria Quesatacos have gained in popularity and you can learn to make this delicious dish with our owner and executive chef, Kara. This class will cover the delicate process of creating the broth, cooking the meat and frying the tacos.

While your meal cooks, each couple will have the chance to customize their own salsa with ingredients from our create your own salsa bar. Class is for adults 18 years and up. Guests 21 and over can BYOB. Because of the technical and time aspects of this recipe, class will be limited to 6 couples. Price is per couple.
