The Cookery offers a wide selection of recreational interactive cooking classes for chefs at all levels. Our classes focus on international, regional and seasonal cuisines. The goal of The Cookery is to empower and excite people in the kitchen, making cooking approachable and fun.
In this delicious cooking class, students will prepare a variety of classic Mexican dishes like Nopales salad, Scallop Aquachile, scratch-made tortillas & an incredible shrimp dish that comes from the town of Sayulita. Students will explore local flavors, learn techniques, knife skills.
Let's make a simple & delicious Mexican meal! Menu includes: Shredded chicken filled enchiladas, roasted guajillo pepper and tomato sauce, toasted zucchini and corn over cumin rice Dessert: Cinnamon sugar crisps.
Mexican Favorites Class is offered by Kids Who Cook. In all classes, everything is very hands-on and everybody gets a chance to do a little of everything. The children are taught how to clean up and then everyone sits to eat what was made.
