Celebrating British Food Fortnight, we are showing our love for British food with one of nation’s most favorite foods, the pie. During the five-hour workshop, you’ll make a sweet short crust and rough puff pastry.
Having mastered these, you’ll put them to good use by creating the following delicious dishes;
We will also demonstrate how to make a beef and ale pie with rich shortcrust pastry. The course will conclude with a sit-down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made. Lunch, refreshments, and course materials are included in the price.
