  • Learn the art of whole chicken butchery, while also learning the fundamentals of knife sharpening.
  • You will be supplied with 3 whole grain-fed QC pasture-raised chickens to learn on and take home.
  • Head butcher Shaun Hughes and his team of merry butchers will be teaching you skills, hands-on, to breaking down a chicken into 2 wings, 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs, and back cuts, along with grill cooking techniques.
