With the CAF101 training, you will be led to understand the coffee process from the farm to your cup. You will experience the same steps that are used in the industry to qualify and evaluate the grains that are consumed. After the six hours of training, you will be more independent in serving this much-loved beverage yourself.

The Sae Estrie was born in 2019 from the merger of the business services of the school service centers of the Région-de-Sherbrooke, Hauts-Cantons, Sommets and the Eastern Townships School Board and since 2022 the Center de Val-des-Cerfs school services.
