Learn how to make cheese from common ingredients purchased from your local grocery store. Workshop includes ingredient lists and principles of making soft cheeses, taught in a fast-paced lesson at an historic homestead. This demonstration class is all about cheese. Materials provided.
In our newest pasta class, you can learn to make this fun shaped stuffed pasta! Each student will get to make pasta dough from scratch and turn it into delicious cheese tortellini.
