Pizza U was started by Husband and Wife: Brad and Nicole Bean. It originated as an opportunity to educate customers of their pizzeria business, Pizaro’s Pizza.
Nicole found enjoyment in teaching customers the basics of making Napoletana style pizza from 4 simple ingredients. As classes became more popular Brad joined in to assist with the demand of classes.
We offer a variety of classes that are catered towards but not limited to pizza making. After 3 years of classes at PIzaro’s Pizza, Brad and Nicole wanted to expand the options and decided to create Pizza U LLC.
We offer more than just classes, we offer you hands-on experiences to guide you through to the next step in your bread/pizza journey. You know what they say, “Give a Man a Fish and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man to Fish and You Feed Him for a Lifetime.” At Pizza U, we hope you enjoy the experience and take your time with the process while learning along the way!
