We will pair the pasta with a savory marinara sauce that will be demonstrated by the instructor. Guest 21 and over are welcome to BYOB. Registration is for 1 person. Each person must have their own registration.
Welcome to Farmhouse Academy! We are excited to offer culinary classes and private events to the village of Mokena and surrounding communities.
All classes have specific age guidelines that are meant to be suggestions only. Parents are encouraged to use their own discretion with regards to placing their child in a class they would feel most comfortable in.
Agricultural Hall has vegetable rennet and citric acid on hand for making fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, as well as simple farm cheeses. AH is courting several potential cheese-makers.  In the meantime, we will offer a basic cheese making class for mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.Â
We learn the process of making cheese. Join this beginners cheese making class at Green Lotus Studios and Donna will introduce you to the concepts & techniques of transforming milk into delicious cheeses you can share with your family and friends.
Learn how to make soft and chewy pretzels along with a delicious creamy cheese sauce! During class you will learn how to make and shape pretzel dough, and then boil and bake your pretzels to create the best chew. We'll also make a cheesy dipping sauce as a perfect savory compliment.
Cheese Mastery class is offered by The Biltmore Culinary Academy. The Biltmore Culinary Academy offers classes for adults and children alike. Improve your cooking skills or gift a class to a foodie friend.
