Afterwards, enjoy a Wine and Cheese Tasting cocktail party with red and white wines and an assortment of fresh and aged cheeses. Best of all you get to take home a chef's apron and all the cheese you make to enjoy again!
Paula Lambert fell in love with fresh mozzarella in Italy and decided to bring the art of cheese making home to Texas. Since 1982, the tiny factory in downtown Dallas has made award-winning cheeses the old- fashioned way - by hand. Although the Mozzarella Company now produces over 100,000 pounds of cheese a year and more than forty different products, one thing still hasn't changed: Each and every cheese is made completely by hand.

Learn how to make soft and chewy pretzels along with a delicious creamy cheese sauce! During class you will learn how to make and shape pretzel dough, and then boil and bake your pretzels to create the best chew. We'll also make a cheesy dipping sauce as a perfect savory compliment.
In our newest pasta class, you can learn to make this fun shaped stuffed pasta! Each student will get to make pasta dough from scratch and turn it into delicious cheese tortellini.
