Middle Eastern Plate workshop are offered by Red Basket for all ages and skill level. The chef uses the best local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients to prepare deliciously healthy menus to please your well being, from exclusively vegetarian and vegans to those who eat a bit of everything.
We will prepare and eat a traditional Syrian dinner with all the trimmings. You will learn to prepare classic Syrian appetizers, Syrian-style lamb stew, and side dishes commonly served for dinner with family and friends.
