Central Training's Coaching & Mentoring for Managers course aims to introduce coaching and mentoring as important approaches in supporting the development and achievement of learners, staff and service users within the health, education and social care sectors.
This one-day workshop focuses on the part that coaching and mentoring can play within the range of skills, techniques and approaches used in the workplace. Attendees will be introduced to the range of skills and qualities needed by a coach and mentor focusing on one-to-one teaching, supporting and learning techniques.

Open Course Schedule
We currently run over 250 contemporary and engaging open training courses a year, delivered by industry specialist trainers from our venue in Central London. Our open courses are the most cost-effective way for individuals and groups of less than 8 to access our face-to-face training.
eLearning
Central eLearning offers 10 comprehensive on-line learning modules, designed to provide cost effective induction or refresher training for front line workers. Our eLearning courses are relevant to many different sectors where front line workers are responsible for their own and other people’s welfare and are designed by industry specialist trainers, who are experienced and qualified subject matter experts.
Our eLearning courses contain contemporary and essential learning, case studies, reflective practice exercises, quizzes and an end of course assessment, all of which are interactive and engaging.
Our courses have been designed in collaboration with a number of organisations including; St Mungo’s, Richmond Fellowship, London Borough of Islington, London Borough of Hackney and Evolve Housing and Support.
