Welcome to Dancefit Canada, where the dancer and athlete meet. We are so excited to welcome everyone back to share the dance floor for Fall 2021 as we embark on our 11th year teaching dance and fitness to those as young as three and as youthful as 93!. We offer both recreational and competitive dance, cultivating creativity in all our dancers in a safe, healthy and positive environment.
We offer ballet, tap, jazz, Acro, lyrical, hip hop, and Musical Theatre as well as a fun Adult dance program : Ballet, Tap, Salsa, Belly Dance and Zumba. Please feel free to contact Doris Kates,owner and director for more information to join our Dancefit Family.

Our boys only classes are designed to create a high energy, active and fun atmosphere. These classes will work to increase strength and stamina while dancing to current, age-appropriate music.
