An intense stretch class designed to improve flexibility and strength. We focus on learning how to control our muscles and find our balance by building our core. Stretching the muscles past a comfortable point helps gain flexibility.
Elite Dance Studio opened its doors 53 years ago in Kanata, Ontario offering excellent training to students dancing for recreational enjoyment or later to join our competitive program.
Our 3 air-conditioned studios have raised, sprung Rosco floors for safety and comfort. Our class sizes are limited, offering each student the best individual attention.
Conditioning (Ages 10+) classes are offered by Dance Plus EP. At Dance Plus we strive to keep a fun and encouraging atmosphere where students can become the best dancers they can be.
A fun, energetic workout that fuses technique from dance, pilates and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility utilizing the barre. Miss Jordan looks forward to working out with you.
