The participants will become Food Heroes and lead the preparation and making of different meals/snacks that can be taken home and enjoyed by the family. Parents/Carers may assist them throughout.

Our education sessions are aimed to improve the health and well-being from childhood through to adulthood. We deliver evidence based, person centred dietary education and advice.
These sessions can be incorporated in our cookery classes or we can also provide a tailored service to suit your needs. We are able to provide one to one or group education sessions. We work with schools, charities and can also work privately with individuals and families.
In this ingenious, hands-on cookery class, you’ll learn to make a series of quick, delicious, protein-packed veggie dishes which you can enjoy with or without meat!
Our cookery courses in the East Midlands include a short demonstration followed by "hands-on" cooking with tutoring to your own specific requirements. Recipes and ingredients are all provided.
Our Plant-Based Petit Fours class will give you the skills to create a selection of delicate desserts
Learn how to cook a scrumptious plant-based roast dinner with all the trimmings! At the end of the class you get to feast on all your hard work, and then finish with a delicious pudding prepared by Little Kitchen. Bring your own bottle and share a relaxed Sunday afternoon of cooking and eating!
Learning to Cook for Healthier Eating - Part-time course is offered by Nottingham College.
