Every culinary event in the 1909 kitchen is focused on a culinary theme. Private events include an appetizer, entree, and dessert. With the guidance of a culinary instructor, your group will have the hands-on experience of preparing a full meal before sitting down to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
Our capacity for hands-on private culinary events is 30 people. We are a licensed facility with a drink list for your guests to browse and enjoy while we cook.

The Chef De Cuisine program is a highly prestigious program that is de-signed to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to work in the food industry at Executive, Executive Sous and Sous Chef levels.

Our 6-week prep school fundamentals program starts at the beginning to help anyone decipher the confusing world of cooking. It is a great opportunity to improve upon your skills with a trained instructor at your disposal.
Led by Chef Jonathan, we invite you into the kitchen to explore the various styles of cuisine and culinary techniques. There will be plenty to eat, so be sure to bring your appetite!
This program designed specifically for international students will allow you to learn all the basic techniques of professional cooking and to familiarize yourself with Québec culture.
