This is a mini version of our Afternoon Tea Experience for the guests who has limited time!
DurationMy goal is to create an intimate learning experience that is fun-filled, friendly, and inviting to both children and adults. I love to get people excited about spending time together in the kitchen.
You will get a chance to bake different variations of sweet & savory scones like traditional plain & fruit, ruby chocolate & raspberry, cheese & chili, and pizza scones and then we will enjoy our meal with clotted cream, different flavors of homemade jams, tapenade, charcuterie and tea.
We only use organic ingredients at The Dough House, and you’re going to have so much fun making this traditional cream tea! There will be lots of leftovers, so you will be able to take the extras home.
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learned. We will email you written recipes and lots of tips!
We run homely cooking & baking experiences where you can gain new skills and at the same time share some fun with family & friends, connect with other people or celebrate a special occasion.
Children make a Christmas cake house with a little help from a parent, plus some savoury and sweet baking treats.

Treat your little angels to our lovely kid’s class. The price includes one child and one adult. Stephen sets a perfect yet simple to follow menu for the kids to recreate at home to impress their family and friends. Then you can both enjoy your lovely meal together.
The workshops will be themed/seasonal for fun and choice.
We provide all equipment, including aprons here at the Hobbs House Bakery Cookery School, so all you need on the day is yourselves and a passion for baking.
