We teach all levels of cooking experience. We even accommodate food allergies (ie. gluten, soy, oats, etc.). You can learn how to cook an entire meal in about 1 hour including dessert and gain time-saving skills to recreate the meal at home.

To recreate the meal at home. A handout provides recipes and step-by step instructions for sequencing meal preparation so that everything comes out hot and ready at the same time.
The ultimate family-style dish, Paella, is demystified in this great class. We will make the ultimate one-pan meal, Paella Valenciana- the original paella with chicken and vegetables.
Each hands-on cooking class will feature recipes from my travels throughout Spain and highlight seasonal ingredients and lots of cooking techniques. After reviewing the recipes together, students will divide into teams to work on recipes together.
