The Culinary Arts Program consists of the 28-Week Professional Cook 1 (PC1) at the N.V.I.T Merritt Campus.

Dive into foundational techniques and core cooking methods in this introductory course taught by leading chef educators.
Cook Basic is an intensive 300-hour training program focused on the theory and practice of cooking. Our program was designed with the help of professional chefs to prepare you to work in the hospitality industry.
Enjoy an interactive cooking show right in your own home. You and your guests sip drinks and take part in live demonstrations while the chef tells stories of the ingredients and producers and passes on culinary tips such as menu planning, flavour balancing, technical skills and recipes.
The Personal Chef program will not only provide you with the tools and skills necessary to operate a business, it will equip you to run a successful business
