During the class, you'll learn the secrets behind making Gorditas and Arepas from scratch, from selecting the finest ingredients to mastering the techniques that result in their distinct textures and flavors.
Led by Chef Jonathan, we invite you into the kitchen to explore the various styles of cuisine and culinary techniques. There will be plenty to eat, so be sure to bring your appetite!
Culinary Arts offers a variety of course and program options that allow students to explore the creative and technical side of culinary arts while they prepare for entry-level career opportunities or further post secondary education.
You will get the skills and expertise you need to find a job in the food preparation industry.
