The Professional Culinary Program is designed to enhance the amount of time you spend in the kitchen rather than behind a desk. From day-one to graduation you could be working in the field within a year. Based on French & Italian classic fundamentals, you will learn everything you need to jump-start your career.
Tapas From Spain class is offered by The Asheville Kitchen. We hope you will bring your bubble of friends & families! Come have fun! In-person classes will be limited to 4 to 6 students. It is up to you to gather the 4-6 students you wish to take a class with.

Our most popular stand-alone cooking class, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in, find a seat, have a drink, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu.
