As well-planned as a gourmet meal, our fast-paced Culinary Arts program starts you off with restaurant production methods before moving onto sweet and savoury techniques.
40 hr placements at Chef Ric’s storefront, and others in the hospitality industry (non-paid).
We’ll give you the kind of hands-on training you need to work as part of a culinary team. Our low student-to-instructor ratio means lots of one-on-one time with your instructors all Red Seal certified cooks and many Certified Chefs de Cuisine.
Our 6-week prep school fundamentals program starts at the beginning to help anyone decipher the confusing world of cooking. It is a great opportunity to improve upon your skills with a trained instructor at your disposal.
