During the middle of class, everyone will sit down to enjoy lunch with of their dishes prepared. At the end of the afternoon (bring your to-go container!) you’ll more to take home with you. Specific fish will be determined during the week of class, usually bass or snapper.

“Partners in crime” are sentenced to an evening with a seafood extravaganza! Dun Dun. We’ll bring the summer shore right to you & your special someone during this class. A seafood boil with shrimp, crab, mussels, beef sausages and root veggies.
We’ll be enjoying 3 different oyster varieties from the North Carolina coast, provided by Locals Seafood, along with wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage pairings. You’ll learn the basics of shucking and get creative suggestions for toppings, beyond cocktail sauce.
