The Parramatta College has been at the forefront of community education in the region since 1986. We are for social purpose (not-for-profit), a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 90276), and a member of Community Colleges Australia. In this class, students will learn to prepare 3 desserts each week similar to the ones sold in patisserie shops or homemade in France. Selections include gâteaux, tarts, cream, mousse, petit fours, chocolate , macarons and more.
Enjoy a chocolate workshop in CW Darwin Chocolate Factory Design and make your very own chocolate with our chocolatier.
This intensive, full-day workshop will teach you how to bake your own stunning eclairs and French-style macarons at home - the darlings of the French pâtisserie world.
This one goes out to all of our gluten-intolerant friends. Gluten-free doesn’t have to mean fun-free, and this Chinese-inspired gluten-free cooking school with chef Kurt Lovell is sure to turn up the heat and ignite your inner chef to never settle for less than delicious food, sans gluten.
