Students will learn how to craft these traditional Chinese snacks and discover how to correctly identify authentic ingredients. When the lesson is over, all our students will be able to indulge in their creations, with enough to take home to share with family and friends.
All courses are taught by our skilled chefs. Our school is situated in Abinger Hammer, a delightful and picturesque village in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The school provides each student with a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary ingredients and equipment. We believe in hands-on, practical teaching – so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!

The school offers a personal approach to cookery lessons. We teach in small groups, allowing time to get to know you and to encourage you to improve your cooking skills.

In this session, you will learn to prepare the individual ingredients that go inside the spring roll, then fill and wrap using the delicate spring roll sheet. This is a very satisfying dish for any occasion and you will also prepare chilli dipping sauce to accompany it.
